We advise Traditional Owner groups on the same decisions from the other side of the table: what to negotiate, what to protect, and how to structure ownership so it creates lasting economic independence.
What we do
Investment shaping and stage-gate design. We design the rigour that moves through each investment gate from exploration through final investment decision. Heritage, community, and regulatory risk resolved inside the investment case, not discovered after capital is committed.
Capital evaluation and independent due diligence. We pressure-test investment cases for executive committees and boards. Where the board requires a third-party view, we act as independent evaluator.
Portfolio review and sequencing. We align capital allocation, sequencing, and decision architecture with strategic priorities. Where portfolios have grown without a unifying framework, we redesign the operating structure.
Life-of-asset and closure planning. We advise across the full capital arc from development through operation to closure, including the long-term liability frameworks that mine closure portfolios demand.
